3 Simple Changes for Better Skin

And here we are, already January is drawing to a close. Did you make any resolutions? Are they sticking? Tough isn’t it. So many of us set unachievable goals for the new year or try to do too many at once. I don’t do new year’s resolutions but I do like the time of year for resetting bad habits.

I think the key is to pick one or two simple changes and commit to them. If you’re looking to improve your skin in 2015 then there are a few simple commitments that don’t require much effort but can make a big change. If your resolutions are already a distant memory why not try one of these easy options?

CLEANSE I know, we’ve talked about this one but it an easy thing to do, doesn’t take long and makes a huge difference to your skin. Do it twice a day and your skin will thank you. Using an oil based cleanser ensures your skin is balanced and replenished as well as cleansed.

DRINK MORE WATER We all know it but how many of us do it regularly. Just adding one more large glass of water to your daily routine will help your skin and your health as a whole.
