We happily ship all over the world.
Orders in the UK are £1.99 for orders under £27. Orders over £27 are free.

Shipping to European destinations is £10 and takes 3-5 days to arrive.
International shipping is £15. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive but be aware that customs delays may add to this and are out of our control.

If you bought from one of our stockists please contact them in the first instance. If you bought direct from us get in touch to let us know the details. We will let you know what to do from there.

Do you offer donations or sponsorship?
We are a small business and have limited budgets but we do like to support good causes. We generally choose our charities at the start of the year so we are unable to support ad hoc requests. However, if you think we may be interested in supporting you do drop a line to info@myroo.co.uk.

Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! Our products are not tested on animals and none of the ingredients we use are tested on animals. We are certified by Cruelty Free International also known as Leaping Bunny.
Are your products vegan?
Absolutely! 100% of our range is vegan. We are accredited by the Vegan Society. Our founder Rachael also vegan.
Where is Myroo made?
Myroo is proud to be a British brand. All our products are made in-house in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Are your products Recyclable?
We pride ourselves on being a sustainable brand. We source and produce as sustainably as possible. The only plastic is the small lids on our products. All other materials are recyclable and where possible recycled. We use recycled tissue, paper tape and corn chips to ship your order. Even the cello bags we package our muslins in are compostable.
